In line with the company’s investment development, the Golden Axis Maritime and Shipping Services Company (a subsidiary) was established as a private joint-stock company under registration number 2798 in the Arvand Free Zone Companies Registration and Industrial Property Office on 30 June 2013 (1392/4/9). Immediately after the establishment, construction operations for a commercial terminal began on two sites of 8 and 22 hectares at the Shalamcheh border. Ultimately, with around-the-clock efforts, operations for the first phase of the facility in the field of logistics, warehousing, and loading/unloading began on 23 September 2014 (1393/7/1) as soon as part of the site was prepared, in parallel with the construction and completion of other sections of the company. Alongside the service and commercial activities, construction activities have also been undertaken to develop the open and covered warehouse areas, ensuring that the ultimate goal has always been to utilize internal capacities and maximize efficiency while using available resources. Currently, with seven years of experience in providing logistics services, the Golden Axis Arvand Company is recognized as the largest and most powerful player in this field at the Shalamcheh international border
According to the company’s articles of association, its activities encompass all commercial operations, including import and export, transit, customs clearance, warehousing, support services, construction and operation of cold storage for food and protein products, establishment and operation of food packaging silos, construction and operation of welfare and service facilities, exhibition and retail spaces, as well as related repairs and maintenance.Given the facilities and infrastructure developed thus far, some of these activities have been implemented, which include:Providing unloading and loading services, warehousing in covered and open warehouses, weighing of heavy vehicles, packaging and sorting of various goods, and offering dedicated parking services, among others.Garage and car wash services, consultancy in commercial and export affairs from the Shalamcheh international border, and providing welfare services are also among the services that can be implemented based on the type of activities and the company’s location.
