In line with the development of investments by the Golden Axis Shipping and Maritime Services Company (a sister company) in free zones, Golden Axis Arvand was established as a private joint-stock company on July 9, 2013, with registration number 2798 at the Office of Company Registration and Industrial Property in the Arvand Free Zone.
Immediately after the establishment of the company, the construction of a commercial terminal began on two sites of 8 and 22 hectares at the Shalamcheh border. Ultimately, through tireless efforts, operations for the first phase of the complex in the field of logistics services, warehousing, and unloading/loading at the Shalamcheh dry port commenced on October 1, 2014. Alongside service and commercial activities, construction activities were also carried out to develop open and covered warehouse areas.
The ultimate goal has always been to utilize domestic capacities and maximize efficiency and resource use. Currently, with seven years of experience in providing logistics services, Golden Axis Arvand is recognized as the largest and most powerful player in this field at the international Shalamcheh border.

According to the articles of association, the company’s activities include all commercial operations, such as imports and exports, transit, customs clearance, warehousing, support services, construction and operation of refrigerated warehouses for food and protein, establishment and operation of grain silos, packaging of food products, construction and operation of welfare and service facilities, exhibition and retail spaces, and related maintenance and repair services.
Considering the facilities and infrastructure that have been established, part of these activities have been implemented so far, which include:
A. Provision of unloading and loading services, warehousing in covered and enclosed warehouses as well as open warehouses, weighing of heavy vehicles, packaging and labeling of various goods, provision of dedicated parking services, and more.
B. Garage and car wash services, provision of consulting services in commercial affairs and exports from the international border of Shalamcheh, offering welfare services, and other related services that are feasible based on the nature of the company’s activities and its location.
